Shipping Policy

Orders are processed 2-3 business days after ordering. Packages are sent through UPS and USPS.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

There is a $7.95 standard flat rate shipping fee for all orders under $100.

If your order is over $100 it ships free.

Lost Packages

If your order is lost or it says delivered and it was not delivered, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue. Please note that both UPS and USPS will require a 24 hour waiting period after the package has been "delivered" in order to file a missing package report.

Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up until the point that they have been packaged for shipping. Refunds will not include PayPal and credit card fees as they are nonrefundable due to PayPal/Square's policies. All items are nonrefundable after they have been packaged to be shipped. Because of the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. With that said, impeccable craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities. Please contact us immediately if you are unhappy with any part of your purchase so that we can work with you to make things better.
