ALL ABOUT IT
For years Mindy has dreamed of creating a facial serum that includes frankincense resin infused oil. Our Neroli Facial Cream Concentrate has frankincense resin oil in it (we make it fresh in house), but Mindy wanted a serum that was centered around this extra very special oil. As with all of our products we waited for inspiration to hit.
Earlier this year we did a deep dive overview of all of the facial oils we make. Our line includes Dandelion Oil (our very first facial oil), Marigold Serum and Harvest Moon Oil. We also took note of the very purposefully sourced carrier oils we've gravitated towards over the years, as well as the botanicals both wildcrafted on our farm and grown in our garden that have become part of our apothecary. While reviewing the evolution of our facial line, herbs and oils began to rise up from the pages of our notes.
They say the more you work with herbs the more in tune you will become with how to use them. Call it experience, call it intuition, but it was as if this formula came together on its own and we could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Mindy thinks this is the best serum she has ever created. We hope you love it as much as we do.
The foundation of this unscented, extra gentle oil is a strong infusion of frankincense resin that has been extracted in small farmed jojoba oil that we source from Arizona. Boswellic acid is one of the key active compounds that everyone seems to focus on with frankincense. You can't get this acid from the essential oil because it is too heavy to come out during distillation. By creating an infused oil we are able to capture this and many other powerful compounds that work together for the good of your skin. We love how smooth and soft this oil makes our skin feel.
Our choice of oils and botanicals provide your skin with an array of micro nutrients that work to support and protect it. These ingredients have been studied and shown to provide deep hydration, collagen building support, reduce hyperpigmentation, and brighten and even the skin tone.
Pair with our holy basil hydrosol for an even more luxurious experience.

HOW TO USE
Start with a small amount of oil and add more as your skin needs. Rub oil into your skin. Skin that has been dampened with hydrosol is preferred for maximum absorption.
