the bohemian shepherdess ships Tuesday and Friday via USPS and UPS.
Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped in the order in which it was received. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Cancellations, Return & Exchange Policy
Orders can be cancelled up until the point that they have been packaged for shipping. Refunds will not include PayPal and credit card fees as they are nonrefundable due to PayPal/Square's policies. Because of the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. With that said, impeccable craftsmanship and customer satisfaction are our highest priorities.
